It is the most refreshing feeling to know good companies to take care of professional needs such as an ac unit! I called and expressed our needs. Waldemar was at my home within 2 hours from the call. Unfortunately the service needed was more than just what we thought, but was necessary! But that’s ok! Needed to be done! When he came out we thought our heat was compromised so we had turned it off.. so happen to be the coldest day for us here in Texas. Also was just way too cold for him to be out working on the unit. He assured me that the heat was fine, tested it even before he left. He scheduled to come back out during the weekend and address the actual ac issue. Got it fixed and working properly. Will be returning customers to fill the refrigerant during the warmer months! Thank you soooo much!
